No. A lash lift and extensions cannot be done simultaneously. The lifting solution weakens extension adhesive. If you wear extensions, they must be fully removed and your natural lashes given 2–4 weeks to recover before a lift can be applied.

For the first 24 hours, keep lashes completely dry — no water, steam, sweat or cleansing over the eye area. After that, there are no ongoing restrictions. You can swim, exercise, and use steam rooms freely.
